About Us
McAllister AV
Design and installation of audio-visual automation for corporate offices and smart-home residential systems.
Our primary role is to design and facilitate the install process from the original client brief, small or large, through to completion. Our approach is professional, knowledgeable, methodical and above all, honest. This ethos is maintained across all projects. We deliver systems that are reliable and within budget.
At the core of any successful project is the importance of our client relationships. We have a proven track record of customer satisfaction and client retention. Our projects are won through a constant stream of client referrals. Furthermore, we maintain a hands-on approach in building our client relations, with the presence of the company’s founder, Rob McAllister at the forefront.

This includes fellow AV Consultants, M&E Engineers, Building Contractors, Lighting Consultants and Interior Designers. We recognise the importance of teamwork, and we make every effort to ensure that we maintain our role in working towards a mutual goal, always delivering within the client’s expectations.
With more than twenty years of experience in Audio Visual installations on a wide variety of projects and a host of well-established associations, we are in a unique position to employ the services of the very best in their respective fields. In addition to our own full-time staff, we have resources to utilise on a project-specific basis, as and when required.
Company background
McAllister AV was founded in 2014, by Rob McAllister.

Rob began his AV career back in the mid-eighties in the corporate exhibition industry, supplying audio visual presentation systems to large-scale exhibition booths at motor shows for the likes of Ford, VW & BMW. This progressed into the corporate live events segment, and finally leading into arena-style live concerts supplying video projection and video wall systems for artists such as Peter Gabriel, Depeche Mode, REM and The Cure.
After a short tenure in the IT industry, Rob found himself following his passion for AV in the form of Custom Installation for high-end residential clients. He has formerly worked as an Engineer, as well as fulfilled roles as Project Manager, Operations Director, Technical Director and at present, Director of McAllister AV Ltd.
